Correct, where the sod ends, my property ends.  It is very hard to find newly built houses in this area with large yards unless you want to pay half a million or more. 

What the picture doesn't show is the two car garage behind the house.  Smiley

IIRC the yard is roughly 50'x90' and the house is just a hair under 3,000 sq ft.

Wow, that's a good size house. ..... I moved out of an 800 sq. ft. townhouse a year ago; I could only imagine having 3,000 sq. ft. here.  It would probably run close to a $1M, easily.
