How To: Oil Change [K24]

Here will be a simple guide to doing an oil change on your 7th Gen Accord equipped with the K24 motor.
Tools:
17mm wrench or 17mm socket (six point prefered) and ratchet (your choice of 3/8 or 1/2)
Oil filter pliers or wrench
Rags
Funnel
Start off by opening your hood and identifying your motor.
Lift your car on either a lift, jacks, or however you would like to.
Find the Drain Plug.
Loosen the drain plug with your wrench or ratchet and drain the oil.
Find the oil filter and use the pliers or wrench to take of the oil filter. Drain the oil filter.
Apply new oil to oil filter gasket. Hand thread the oil filter on and hand tighten the oil filter on.
Clean any excess oil spills and proceed to lower vehicle. Add your oil, and check your oil level.
Clean up and call it a day. I hope this helps anyone who is doing an oil change on their Accord.

Do I detect sarcasm Tim?
Anyway, this is good you post these up Thien. There's quite a few newbs out there that don't know a damn thing and this being one of the most basic of maintenance would be a huge help to them as well as a money saver.

Sorry for the thread bump, but i have a very simple question. For you guys running Purolator PureONE filters, how long do you go before switching it out? I plan on changing oil at 5k, and wasn't sure if the filter can handle two oil changes. Thanks.

I do it at each oil change which I do at about 7500 miles of easy driving or 5k of hard driving.
