Its not just Hondas. I don't think it has any real meaning behind it aside from its original intention. You don't know what the shocker is?

LOL
The shocker, also known colloquially as "two in the pink, one in the stink" is a hand gesture with a sexual connotation. The ring finger and thumb are curled or bent down while the other fingers are extended. The index and middle fingers are kept together (touching) and the back of the hand faces outwards (away from the gesturer). The gesture refers to the act of inserting the index and middle fingers into a vagina and the little finger into the unwitting receiver's anus, hence the "shock".
I've seen more shocker stickers on VW's

Because the owners are douchebags.

I mean I don't have one on my car, but I thoght it some another reason other then sexual that people but it on thier cars. It's mostly on cars that have some sort of work done to them. Rarly see it on any stock cars. Cause I had heard it was more of a ricer thing.
