Well, I got the Jeep cleaned up for the first time since I got it in December. It only has 900 miles on it. For future reference, it's great. Anyone looking for a somewhat rugged SUV, this is a great option. I couldn't be happier with it. Other than the gas mileage. I'm getting 14-15 in the city and 17 on the hwy.

I washed the accord and the jeep. Accord is going in for paint tomorrow. After this the entire car will have been repainted apart from the roof. I'm getting the entire right side, rear end, and from the a pillar to the quarter panel on the left side painted. Getting the headlights professionally restored too.

This reminds me of the guns I still have. They're currently being held at a family friend's place, but I kind of want them back. The problem is my step-dad wants nothing to do with them, even though they're completely harmless without ammunition. So they aren't allowed in the house. It's kind of hard to hide an AR-15.

To be honest though, I don't want to touch any of the guns until I've taken the proper classes. It'd be stupid to do it otherwise. I don't want to break a gun lol.

Haha no. I think I would be in trouble if I were to try. Her gun is a bit bigger. It's good to be back. You need to get those guns out! Especially the AR. I'm convinced there's not a funner gun out there. .223 rounds get expensive though.

I actually like a .45. But that's just me. Bang for the buck you can't go wrong with a glock.

I learned to shoot with a 9mm glock. Its a great gun as well. There is just something that sets the Kimber apart that I like. I'll probably end up with a 9mm Kimber.

And that goes to show you how out of the loop I am haha.

Not sure how you feel about BMWs but a 335 or a M3 would fit the bill perfectly. Both are fun, luxurious, and comfortable enough for a DD. I have more experience with the 335 but from my personal interactions they are great cars. Much more reliable then their reputation would allow you to believe.

Well, they aren't for everyone that's for sure. I don't want many. Two is my cut off. Every "southern girl" can't wait to get married and have kids. Yet another flaw in my plan.

Well, I went and shot my dream gun earlier. It was a .45 1911 Kimber custom shop. Z, you mentioned earlier in the thread about the higher caliber being hell and you couldnt have been more right. I loved the gun itself but shooting a .45 isn't near as much fun as shooting a lesser caliber. With my 21st coming up I'm going to try to find a nice pistol to buy. This is the only picture I managed to get.

On another note, I have gotten a pretty diverse group of guys that I talk to about investments and money management. Before I create a thread to talk about that I figured I would gauge interest. Anyone wanna talk money? I've found the more people you get talking the more you learn.

Thanks guys. I wish I could say I bought it but my grandma actually bought it and surprised me with it. Alec, they say the interior is saddle brown but I would say it is more of a terra cotta. I love it as well. I think with the black floor mats it will wear well. I really couldn't be happier with it. Im getting about 15 mpg so I am def glad it's a V6 now haha.

Mike, yeah it has been a while. I was pretty slammed with school and everything else last semester. Hopefully, I'll get some more time now that I have finally established some study habits, ha.

Tim, I read Consumer Reports while I was test driving them and the 2012 was rated very well. Hopefully it will remain that way.

It's a 2012 Grand Cherokee Overland. Silver with saddle leather. It has a V6 and is 2WD, but thats fine by me because I'll get better gas milage. I'm uploading pics now.
